Roy Sparks established Paulding Commercial Builders, Inc. in 1984. Over the years, the firm has completed numerous projects. Some of these projects have been featured in many newspapers and national magazines.
Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality structures, while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of services - from consulting, to planning and project development, through design build services.
To ensure our clients' needs are satisfied we constantly invite our clients to participate and provide input during the design process. After all it’s our job to make our clients' dream a reality.
Creativity is achieved through a combination of our experience and design build services, as well as the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the client.
